Our Commitment

Whether we are responding to a humanitarian crisis in Somalia, running women empowerment programmes, or campaigning to prevent gender equality within the country, safeguarding children and adults in the communities we work in and our staff is always our first priority. We want to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with our organization is safe.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to prosper

We ensure that we offer skills and training as well as jobs to a number of youth. The idea is to reduce joblessness and create a positive influence where the youth are guided by moral values and ethics in their living. The trained youth are also able to support their families and the older relatives.

The disabled in the community are always discriminated in equitable share of resources and job opportunities; the company is playing a big role in ensuring that their training, skills and jobs are inclusive of every vulnerable group. A great priority is given to the disabled who are in working age and state.

We aim at providing integrated sustainable development for women, orphans, widows and the handicapped in order to bring the social, economic, educational, health, cultural, justice, freedom, peace and vocational development skills on the principles of an organizational building to self-dependence, cultured, and healthy, educated and decentralized society.
